Now, Swanda Germany offers you an innovative, new, mechanically automated, and precise cable seam laying method. The cable seam laying equipment accurately lays and fixes the cables/hoses/wire bundles, etc. on the base material along the seam positioning template pre-designed in the "Seam Path Creation" software. Since the seam laying work head can make the cable oriented in any range from 0 to 360 degrees, the cable seam can be laid in any shape without affecting the performance of the cable.
The cable seaming speed can reach 8 meters per minute. The cable seaming equipment can be equipped with 1 to 30 working heads, that is, the equipment with multiple working heads can achieve seaming of multiple shapes with the same precision. If equipped with a "changeable frame system", the equipment can achieve continuous seaming of cables. The point fixing accuracy of the cable seaming equipment is +/-0.3mm. After the cable seaming is completed, the equipment can automatically cut off the cable. At present, cable seaming equipment has been widely used in the production of automotive heated seat cushions, and is also used in the seaming of internal heating wires of fire uniforms. The function of hose seaming is widely used in medical and cooling systems, and embedded cable seaming meets some special applications of users.
